What are Dairimoo?
Dairimoo (Dare-uh-moo) are a cow-like humanoid species that revolves around magic and dreams. They can come in many shapes and sizes. These beautiful creatures were inspired by Highland Cows. Much like Highland Cows Dairimoo can be typically fluffy and soft to the touch they have a very thin, peach fuzz that covers their body.
Since Dairimoo are cow-like they always have cow like human features such as ears, nose, horns, hooves, & tails. THEY ARE NOT ANTHRO. Every gender of Dairimoo can produce milk if you choose, this is HIGHLY optional.
Each Dairimoo has Crystal like “lights” embedded at the bottom of their neck above their collarbone as well as another underneath their chest. These lights can be any shape and color of your desire. Dairimoo also have lights floating above their heads they will most of the time always match their embedded counterparts.
All Dairimoo also have essences which can come in many different elemental forms but it is most common for them to keep their smokey appearances. Essences tend to appear coming out of the ears and around the ankles giving a feathered swirling look. This energy is found to also appear in other places such as the chest, wrists, shoulders, tail, and in some cases may totally consume the wings as well as their tails.
Dairimoo Origin
Dairimoo originated in the dreams of people and children, they use their many lights to guide people from nightmares to better safer dreams. A Dairimoo's original purpose was to serve as the Spiritual Guides & Guardians of the Dream Realm also known as The Dreamscape. Many of the original Ancient Dairimoo travel to The Waking World without a physical body, were connected to a person's sub-conscious allowing them to move freely between the Two Realms not as physical beings but boundless Spirits. Those with connections were often The Guardian of the person they were connected with until death. But not every Dairimoo had a connection to a person and those who didn't resided in the Dreamscape as a worker helping people until they found a person they connected with.
After the ones without connections were done helping people in the public plains of The Dreamscape they would go back to their cities and villages just beyond the Dreamscape's barrier, inaccessible to regular beings. Thousands of years ago, Dairimoo Society was once a very complicated culture and saw it as sacred to Guide, & Guard. Most modern day Dairimoo lost touch with their original origins since The Creator granted Dairimoo the physical bodies to them to reside in the Waking World without a connection. Dairimoo since being granted physical access by Their Creator don’t follow the ways of their old culture eventually developing new beliefs overtime adapting to some of the Societal ways and beliefs of The Terradom when they were transported to Zeedok from Earth. Lots of Humans and beings found themselves drawn to Dairimoo with their beautiful lights and gorgeous features.
With the arrival of human curiosity, farmers eventually found that Dairimoo were very similar to our own Earthly species known as the modern day cow. Most of them took that to their full advantage and used Dairimoo as an alternative alongside cows as well as using them to help better their farms and produce. In Dairimoo’s original old culture, it was an honor to be picked to be a worker as they often like to help people naturally. Eventually they were genetically modified by humans to have more artificial milk flavorings, different odd unnatural skin colors, more shaped lights, as well as taller and smaller heights.
When the Terradom arrived on Earth seeking more life forms to take with them to re-establish and re-populate Planet Zeedok, Dairimoo decided to make the big trip alongside The Terradom to get a fresh start on the home world Zeedok leaving their old ways behind and society behind.

Since Dairimoo are cows they always have cow like features, ears, nose, horns, hooves etc. Every gender of Dairimoo can produce milk. (Whether then can or not is up to you as well as their flavor if you want them to have a flavor)
